Maintenance payments

Maintenance charges are society dues, not retail product purchases. Once a payment is successfully recorded for a given flat and month, it is treated as final unless the committee approves a correction.

Duplicate or wrong flat payment

If you paid the wrong amount or wrong flat by mistake, contact the management committee within 7 working days with your transaction ID and receipt. Approved corrections may be adjusted in the next month’s account or refunded at the committee’s discretion via the original payment method where possible.

Failed / abandoned payments

If payment fails or you close the payment window, no charge is completed and your dues remain pending. You may retry from My payments.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with bank and Razorpay records. Residents should contact the committee first for any billing issue.
