By using the Marvel Rocks residents portal, you agree to these terms as a resident or authorized committee member of the society.

Service

The portal displays maintenance amounts approved by the society, applicable late fines, and payment status. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; successful payment updates your maintenance record and issues a receipt.

User responsibilities

• Keep your login mobile number and password confidential
• Pay the correct flat’s dues; disputes on amount should be raised with the committee before paying
• Provide accurate contact details for receipts and reminders

Committee

Committee administrators may record offline (cash) payments, send reminders, and manage resident accounts in accordance with society bylaws.

Limitation

The portal is provided for society operations. We are not liable for payment gateway outages beyond our control; in such cases, residents may use alternate payment methods notified by the committee.
